The stainless steel surface is hygienic and easy to clean, with the ability to weigh directly onto the platforms or use your own bowl with the add and weigh function for measuring different ingredients in one bowl. The Aquatronic function measures liquids in millilitres or fluid ounces and you can switch between metric and imperial measurements.
