Tropical island blends crafted for sipping on island time. Carried on trade winds from the sunny Caribbean to Isle of Wight shores, charmed across the Atlantic by spirits of the ocean and discovered basking in the warmth of a golden sunrise. Mermaid Spiced Rum is crafted from a carefully selected blend of sugar cane and molasses rum from Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, distilled in column stills and aged between 2-5 years in oak bourbon whiskey barrels.

These island blends are sailed across the Atlantic from the Caribbean, then married together with Isle of Wight fruits and spices. Infused with fresh, local: white cherry and apricot, honey and black salt from floodtides. Gently spiced with Isle of Wight holy grass, cassia and vanilla. Smooth yet complex, with a hint of sea air, delicate caramel notes and vibrant fruity spice.
