The Jamie Oliver Hard Anodised range has been expertly crafted from hard anodised aluminium for exceptional durability and a timeless look and feel for a lifetime of professional-style home cooking.
The solid aluminium core delivers excellent heat distribution for fast and even cooking and no risk of hot spots. With this design, the Thermo-Spot heat indicator turns solid red when the pan reaches the optimum cooking temperature.
An extra-thick Titanium non-stick surface ensures metal utensils can be used. It withstands all types of cooking techniques, no matter how intense.
Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher, the pans are compatible with any hob, including induction. The metal handles and glass lids are oven safe up to 175°C (Gas Mark 4, 350°F) for an hour, so you can start cooking dishes on the hob and finish cooking in the oven.
