Something new for the kitchen. Made from cast iron, this multi-use flat plate works on either hob, oven or barbecue. The cast iron can really withstand the heat, and it retains it well. Take the griddle straight from cooking to the table, allowing your delicious dishes to stay hotter for longer. The portable design is great for outdoor cooking as well as indoor.

The pan's interior creates a natural patina over time, behaving like a non-stick surface. Cleaning with water alone allows this patina to develop. No PFOA, no PTFE and toxin-free means no worries. Oven safe up to 240°C / Gas Mark 9, and suitable for all hobs, including induction.
