Parasol care information

  • When not in use or in windy weather, we recommend you close the parasol down and add a parasol cover
  • Never drag a parasol when moving it, always lift it
  • Periodically check all fixings to ensure none have come loose and re-tighten where necessary
  • Do not excessively tilt or sway the canopy. Do not hang items from or swing from the canopy as this will cause tipping

Care instructions
Do not use the parasol in high winds or bad weather. Always use a suitable weighted base, even when closed. When not in use, close and cover the canopy. Always lift, never drag, when moving. Periodically check and tighten all fixings. Do not excessively tilt or sway the canopy, or hang/swing from it, as this will cause tipping. Clean with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasives. Rinse, dry. Immediately clean bird droppings and tree sap.
