Ideal for slow cooking in the oven, this roaster is made from durable carbon steel and won't warp. The high sides contain spitting and splashing from meat juices and the twin handles make it easy to carry. You can also use it on the hob when making gravy with meat juices.
The non-stick coating ensures excellent food release and easy cleaning. It's dishwasher safe on lower temperatures but hand washing is recommended. Avoid using metal utensils with this roaster and it will last for years to come.
This roaster comes with a non-stick rack that's designed to hold joints of meat securely. It also keeps meat clear of the bottom of the roaster allowing juices to run away from the bottom of the joint and ensuring thorough cooking.
