Depicting the most romantic city in the world, Richard Macneil paints a couple walking arm in arm towards the Eiffel Tower with spring blooms framing their pathway.

Richard Macneil is a self-taught artist who has worked in the fields of sculpture, ceramics and graphics, and founded the Macneil Studio in 2009 with his wife and sons. While working in the US, he got to see his artwork displayed in the Oval office of the White House.
