Unlike other mandolines, it has a precision food grip that allows you to slice a variety of items of differing shapes and sizes. Use the pinch grip for small items such as radishes or garlic cloves; the centre grip for slicing rounds from carrots or cucumber; and the flat grip for creating longer slices from foods such as courgettes or aubergines.
