The BBQ Warming Rack adds a practical second level to your Kadai, creating space to rest meat, keep food warm or cool hot accessories. Available in three sizes, its forked legs sit securely on the rim of your Kadai Fire Pit, making it equally useful for plate warming and finishing dishes before serving.
Handmade from mild steel, the BBQ Hot Plate sits directly on your Kadai's Holi Grill. Made from durable mild steel, the BBQ Hot Plate excels in heat retention and distribution, perfect for steaks, vegetables, fish or even a complete breakfast. The BBQ Hot Plate is curved to neatly slot on top of the Holi Grill while still allowing access to the centre of the Kadai for easy refuelling.

- Allow the Warming Rack to cool fully before washing in warm, soapy water, cleaning between each bar. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust. Apply a light coating of vegetable oil using a cloth to protect the mild steel. Do not soak or leave wet. The more it is used, the better the natural non-stick finish becomes. Do not clean in the dishwasher, as this removes the oiled finish. Store indoors for longevity.
