Ideal for a variety of soft and hard cheeses, the set includes a 10cm-blade mini cleaver, 7cm-blade spreader and 11cm-blade cheese knife.
Made in the Laguiole factory near the city of Thiers, known as the cradle of French cutlery. The stainless steel is heat-treated, ground, polished and sharpened using traditional techniques. Each full-tang knife is made of a single piece of stainless steel for durability and strength, and the comfortable handle is completed by traditional riveting. Each piece is mirror-polished, cleaned and inspected manually before leaving the factory.
