The Le Creuset Butter Crock has an airtight seal to prevent butter from spoiling while keeping it at the perfect temperature for spreading and cooking. The crock is inspired by classic designs, blocking out air that can ruin butter while approximating room temperature to keep the butter soft without melting.
This design features Le Creuset's three-ring branding. Made from the brand's premium stoneware using specialist clays fired at the highest temperatures, it has an expertly enamelled finish that's easy to clean, dishwasher safe and resistant to chips, scratches, odours and stains.
Le Creuset Stoneware Care
- Read the appropriate instructions that will come with your item. Remove all packaging and labels
- Wash your Stoneware in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly
- Freezer and oven compatible ranging temperatures from -23°C to 260°C
- When cooking from frozen, place frozen Stoneware into a cold oven, and allow the two to heat together
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products
- Allow product to cool before cleaning. If washed too quickly, thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking
- Not suitable for any hob type
- Handwash recommended. Dishwasher and microwave safe
- If soaking is required, fill up with warm soapy water. Do not submerge into water for soaking
