Silk Tree is Liberty Fabrics’ refreshingly modern interpretation of a Chinoiserie design. For this print, experts in traditional Chinese silk painting techniques were commissioned to create an artwork using metallic silk paper. Reworked into a scenic panel by the Liberty Design Studio, Silk Tree features a joyful canopy of trees and bamboo branches, decorated with birds, butterflies, Persian silk tree flowers, Chinese physalis, amaryllis and peonies. Printed in Italy on a light 100% linen, Silk Tree makes a striking, statement curtain panel for interiors. This design is a panel design with each panel measuring 335cm tall by 133cm wide. The individual panels are indicated by a crop mark and can be trimmed in height if required by removing any excess from the sky of each length.
