The E1 Cross trainers comes with 14 workout comprehensive programmes including EZ Resistance, Fit Test, Heart Rate Interval and Fat Burn. Workout feedback can be measured in calories, distance, speed (mph/km/h), level time, heart rate, target heart rate and MET's. The multi-grip moving handlebars provide a total body workout.
Additionally, the E1 stores up to 4 user profiles, so family and friends can also set themselves up on the console, creating specially tailored programmes to reach their own personal fitness targets.
The Track+ console also connects to smartphone devices to allow you to continually track your progress over time with the LFConnect app, expanding workout options and providing you with personalised information that makes it easier to reach your workout goals.
