An icon of Italian design, the Atlas 150 pasta machine is a classic way to make fresh-tasting homemade pasta such as lasagne.
It's compatible with available accessories (sold separately) to make 13 other pasta shapes such as spaghetti, tagliolini, fettuccine, ravioli and reginette.
Made in Italy, it's both practical and beautiful in design, taking pride of place on a kitchen countertop. Something to treasure for years to come, it's made of chrome-plated steel for easy cleaning by hand. It comes with instructions and pasta recipes.
Besides fresh pasta, Atlas 150 can be used to make bakery products such as thin piadina flatbread from Romagna, Arabic bread and carasau Sardinian flatbread.
This machine can prepare international first courses such as ramen noodles, udon noodles and spring rolls. And for dessert, you can also prepare sweet dishes such as fondant, strudel pastry, hojarasca cookies and baklava layered pastry.
