Zester
The original, iconic Premium Classic Zester is characteristically long and narrow and loved by professional and hobby chefs for its precise and effortless grating. It has a photo-etched, long-lasting, ultra-sharp, stainless-steel blade for effortless grating and superior results. Featuring 400 micro-teeth, it is perfect for all citrus fruits, hard cheese, chocolate, ginger, garlic, nutmeg, truffle, spices, nuts and more. With no pressure, foods are precisely cut, not crushed. The aroma can unfold properly and the flavour is enhanced. The ergonomic soft-touch handle is comfortable to hold and the zester has anti-scratch plastic feet for sturdy use. Use the reusable protective cover for storage. Simply rinse under running water and allow to drip dry.
Slicer
Use the slicer to precisely slice cucumbers, radishes, courgettes, potatoes, onions, pepperoni, apples and other ingredients with speed, ease and convenience. The sharp stainless steel blade delivers superbly uniform slices with minimal effort. Easy to use, the slicing blade doesn't need to be adjusted or reset and the ergonomic soft-touch handle is comfortable to hold. Non-slip rubber feet ensure stability and flexibility while grating. Simply rinse under running water and allow to drip dry. Dishwasher safe. It comes with a reusable protective cover for storage.
Cut-Resistant Glove
Worry-free grating for your fingers. Made of a seamless, cut-resistant wire-free knit, this glove is suitable to use with all Microplane products. The flexible and stretchy glove's cut-resistant fibres provide protection when working with razor-sharp blades. Medium to large in size, it fits either hand, left or right. The material is FDA-compliant for food contact and the glove is machine washable. Drip dry.
