Simply slide the burner into the back of the oven to enable gas power for more low-maintenance cooking and better temperature control when cooking outdoors, whether it's making bread, pizza, fish, vegetables or meat dishes.
The burner has a low-power cooking function for slower cooking and a fully serviceable body for easy maintenance. That means you'll see better flame performance while cooking at any temperature, and you'll also have more control over how you cook in your pizza oven.
This Ooni Gas Burner comes with a regulator, including a gas hose for use with propane gas. It can only be used with the oven door off the oven and the chimney flue on.
Good to know: This product may arrive in Karu 16 packaging but it is fully compatible with the Karu Pro as well as the Karu 16 pizza oven.
