Hot effect
Insert the Neck Wrap into its bag, place it in the microwave, and heat at maximum power (1000W) for 30 seconds. Please make sure that any other microwave functions are turned off. If it has not reached your desired temperature, you can reheat it in 10-second intervals.
Cold effect
Place the Heated Neck Wrap in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Check whether the temperature is adequate before use.
