Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water.Lather a quarter size amount of THICK shampoo in hands and then work into your roots and where hair touches the scalp.Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.Apply a quarter size amount of THICK conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends.Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
