MyJL Beauty FAQs
I am already a My John Lewis member. Do I need to sign up for MyJL Beauty?
No, MyJL Beauty is part of My John Lewis. As long as you scan your membership card every time you shop in-store and log into your account when you shop online, you’ll be eligible for all member rewards. The more you shop Beauty, the more MyJL Beauty rewards you’ll get.
Where do I find my MyJL Beauty rewards?
Your MyJL Beauty rewards sit alongside all your other My John Lewis rewards. Go to ‘My Account’ and click into ‘Rewards & treats’ and you’ll find them there. We update them regularly, and email you when there’s a new reward. If you have the app, select ‘Account’ and scroll across to the ‘Rewards’ tab, where you’ll see your rewards. Switch on notifications to receive alerts when there’s a new reward.
If you can’t see any new rewards, don’t worry. We update and send out new rewards each month, so check back soon for new rewards.
I can’t see The Beauty Society content in John Lewis app?
