Our VIP (Visually Impaired Person) Sight Guided Shopping Service provides blind and visually impaired customers with dedicated one-to-one support from specially trained Partners, helping you explore the store, discover products and shop with ease.
Available across Fashion, Beauty, Home, Technology, Gifts and more, the service offers a personalised shopping experience tailored to your individual needs.
The VIP Sight Guided Shopping Service has been developed in partnership with blind and visually impaired customers and supported by specialist sight-guiding training delivered by BlindAid.
