Pale Fox Prosecco, 75cl

Pale Fox is a single-estate DOCG prosecco, fermented over an extra-long period of time, ensuring a greater complexity and fine persistent bubbles. The wine is vegan, low sulphite, low sugar and produced using 100% renewable energy sources. All this has led to James Suckling, the world's pre-eminent wine critic, rating Pale Fox 93 points, the highest-rated Prosecco in the world.

Appearance: pale, clear, ultra-fine bubbles. Nose: floral notes of acacia and wisteria, apple. Taste: clean, delicate flavours of apple and peach with a crisp minerality at the end.
