What it does: At the heart of the formula is 80% Oat Seed Water, which floods the skin with hydration while helping to calm the look of redness and sensitivity. Oats are naturally rich in soothing compounds that support the skin's moisture barrier, making this toner well-suited to easily irritated or blemish-prone complexions. Beta-Glucan further supports the appearance of the skin barrier and helps improve suppleness.

The formula also contains 99% pure Oat PDRN, a plant-derived ingredient included to help support the look of skin resilience and a more even, radiant-looking tone over time.
