A gift-boxed Robert Welch Professional Home Chef Set of three kitchen knives. Each knife has an ice-hardened stainless-steel blade and a classic handle, perfectly weighted and balanced for comfort and easy cutting and chopping.

The set includes a 12cm Santoku knife, a versatile 14cm utility knife and a generously sized 18cm chef's knife with a curved edge for slicing through chunks of meat and making light work of vegetables.

The Santoku knife is a Japanese-style knife similar to a narrow cleaver and can be used for chopping, dicing and mincing, hence its name, which means 'three virtues'. Scalloped indentations run along the side of the blade, reducing friction when in use, giving an effortless cutting action with finely cut food pushed away from the blade.
