1. Redeemable for purchases made on and after Monday 1 st July 2023. Any sized Silentnight mattress purchased from these dates can be exchanged after 60 nights for an alternative Silentnight mattress.

2. Qualifying sizes that apply include the following: Single 90x190cm, Double 135x190cm, King 150x200cm, Super King 180x200cm

3. The trial period will start from the day of delivery

4. The mattress must be kept for a minimum of 40 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to the mattress

5. An exchange/return cannot be arranged until after the 40th night from delivery

6. To arrange an exchange/return, you must contact John Lewis Customer Services. You have up to the 60th night from delivery to communicate to John Lewis for an exchange or return

7. Comfort exchange. During the 60-night trial period, you can exchange your Silentnight mattress with an alternative Silentnight mattress from the current collection sold by John Lewis. Only one comfort exchange is permitted during the 60 day period

8. If selecting a higher priced mattress, the cost difference will need to be paid before delivery

9. The 60-night trial ends once the comfort exchange mattress is delivered to you

10. By taking part in this trial, you agree to use a mattress protector and follow the care instructions delivered with your product to prevent your Silentnight mattress

11. If the mattress is returned it must be in a good condition to honour the exchange or refund. The product must be free of stains, dirt, and damage at the point of collection/inspection.

12. Silentnight have the right to review this process and initiative at any time

13. There is a customer collection and recycling fee of £29.95 for the returned mattress
