2.	Decide on the name you'd like added to personalise your product. There is a 12 character limit.
3.	Email your personalisation details directly to johnlewis@solesmith.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering* including your name, order number and contact details. If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email. If you do not require personalisation please state this in your email
