A hydrating toner that gently exfoliates and nourishes the skin, The Ordinary Milky Toner supports a smoother, more radiant complexion and provides long-lasting hydration while helping to refine uneven skin texture.
The Ordinary Milky Toner contains a 30% concentration of Saccharomyces Ferment, a yeast ferment technology, and 3% fermented N-acetylglucosamine (NAG). Together, these ingredients exfoliate the skin’s surface, smooth textural irregularities and visibly reduce the appearance of dark spots.
With its lightweight, milky texture, this hydrating toner is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Supported by squalane, this formulation is especially good for dry skin types.
