The VOLT Lite is a compact mid-drive folding e-bike designed for urban riders who value portability and performance. As the lightest model in VOLT’s range, it combines advanced engineering with commuter-friendly features to deliver a smooth, efficient ride.
Weighing just 18kg including the battery, the VOLT Lite stands out as one of the lightest fully equipped folding e-bikes available. Its aluminium frame is both corrosion-resistant and durable, making it easy to carry and store without sacrificing strength.
This model features Shimano Nexus 3-speed hub gears, a GATES CDX Carbon Belt Drive, and Bafang’s M820 mid-drive motor. The gear system offers smooth, reliable shifting, while the belt drive ensures quiet, low-maintenance operation. The motor delivers 250W of rated power and an impressive 75Nm of torque, all in a lightweight 2.3kg unit. Its torque sensor responds precisely to pedalling input, providing natural-feeling assistance with extra power when needed.
The VOLT Lite is equipped with 20" Schwalbe puncture-resistant tyres for dependable traction and durability across various surfaces. Hydraulic disc brakes offer consistent stopping power in all conditions. An optional rear rack is available for carrying pannier bags.With a high-capacity battery, the bike can travel up to 50 miles on a single charge. When folded, the bike is held securely with a quick-release magnet, making it easy to manoeuvre and store.Whether commuting, touring, tackling steep inclines, or travelling with a caravan or motorhome, the VOLT Lite is a versatile and practical choice.
