A homage to the classic Margarita. The classic Mexican cocktail is made with fresh lime, tequila and triple sec - orange liqueur. Not to be confused with flavoured and frozen Margaritas often served in giant glasses, the classic straight up Margarita is a much more refined and balanced drink. Shorter, punchier and balanced between the sweetness of the orange liqueur, the sourness of the lime and the herbaceous tequila.
