All you have to do is press start.
Remote Diagnostics - Remote diagnosis for fast and flexible solutions
Some issues can be solved at the push of a button - which is why we introduced dishwashers with Remote Diagnostics. Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done. If not, one of our technicians will pay you a visit.
