The Bosch BIC7101B1B warming drawer provides the perfect place to keep your food and plates warm before serving, and also offers defrosting and dough proving functions. You can even use it to melt chocolate.
The drawer has a capacity of 20 litres, and can hold up to 12 plates or 64 espresso cups. The adjustable temperature ranges from 30 to 80 °C, and you can change it using the rotary dial.
Opening and closing your drawer should be a pleasure. That’s why Bosch created the push-pull mechanism. The cleverly-designed spring makes using your drawer extra convenient. If both your hands are full – or just dirty – you can use your elbow or hip instead. Thanks to a crevice-free design, cleaning is easy too.
