John Lewis Pushchair Sheepskin Liner, Grey
Stylish, affordable and a fun to use: welcome to John Lewis’ new range of strollers and pushchairs
When it comes to baby gear, few things get quite such intensive use as the trusty stroller or buggy, AKA the carthorse. They need to be super-comfy for your baby and ultra easy to use for you (think smooth to glide and a doddle to fold). Good news: John Lewis has launched a new range of own-brand strollers and pushchairs for infants that take all this into consideration and provide excellent value for money (the range starts at £60).
‘John Lewis is already famed for its extensive range of pushchairs and strollers by some of the world’s best-known brands but there was room for a more affordable option,’ says Roseanne Winthrop, Partner & Buyer, Nursery Travel. ‘We chose to develop a range of pushchairs and strollers that offers great style and quality, packed full of features, and all at super affordable prices.’ The design team has thought of all the practicalities (hello lockable swivel wheels and multi-position seat with single-handed adjustment) so you don’t have to.
Highlights include the compact stroller which weighs just 5.7kg and folds easily so it’s an ideal option if space is tight. It also comes with a handy strap so is ideal for travel. ‘I particularly love the 2-in-1 pushchair and carrycot,’ says Roseanne. ‘It’s packed full of thoughtful design details and also includes lots of accessories such as a cosy faux fur footmuff that zips, car seat adapters, two raincovers and lots more. All for £400.’ Looking for more affordable style for babies and toddlers? Check out the new ANYDAY nursery range.
