Our price promise is everything we sell is already competitively priced, with quality and value in mind.

We regularly check our prices against our 25 main competitors. But if you do find something you bought from us at a better price within 7 days, you can request a refund for the difference.

But if you do find your purchase at a lower price at one of our 25 listed retailers, you can request a refund for the difference within 7 days of buying from us.

We even match our own prices, so you can request a refund if we drop the price of an item ourselves within 7 days of your purchase.

All our prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery charges.

Our online prices (excluding foreign currency) are the same as in our shops, although occasionally you may find a lower price in one of our shops if they're matching the price of a local competitor, or on the website if running a special online-only offer.

Our Clearance runs twice a year, in June and after Christmas in our shops, and from 5pm on Christmas Eve online.

Products marked as reduced to clear are being discontinued, so we reduce our prices while stocks last.

We also offer Special Buy products during Clearance, where we negotiate discounts with our suppliers and pass the savings on to you.

These offers are limited, either in quantity or for a period of time, but they'll always give you excellent quality at an exceptional price.
