This energy efficient hob produces electromagnetic vibrations which induces the pot or pan to generate its own heat. The heat is instant, easily controlled and energy efficient resulting in shorter heat-up times, greater precision and a safer cooking surface.

Features
The CI804CTB1 features a front control panel with soft-touch electronic Touch&Slide controls. The 9 heat settings to give you a variety of cooking options, including a GentleHeat and PowerBoost setting. The flat easy-clean glass surface means any spillages can be wiped up with ease, leaving your hob sparking clean in no time. The CI804CTB1 also has a safety key lock as well as an automatic safety switch off for added peace of mind.

Please note: If you have a heart pacemaker, do seek advice from your doctor before using an induction hob. Please also only use pans suitable for induction hobs. These include enamelled steel, iron, stainless steel (depending on the alloy) and some aluminium pans with a ferromagnetic base. Glass and copper bases are unsuitable.

Please note: there should be a minimum height clearance of 65cm between an electric hob and the cooker hood above it.
