Safely rotate pans, check your dish or keep side dishes warm by resting them in the doorway — the mantel forms an extension of the Arc XL oven and is designed for convenience by providing a sturdy, accessible prep area. Easily bolting onto the oven, the Mantel is made from ceramic-coated 201-grade stainless steel for extra heat and scratch resistance.
