Designed to fit into Ooni's range of outdoor ovens, the Ooni Pizza Oven Brush is expertly engineered from highly durable, matt-finished bamboo and stainless steel. It cleverly doubles up as a brush and scraper. So one side lets you brush away any debris or excess flour. Then simply flip it over and use the other side to effortlessly clean up any burnt food.
And, when you're not savouring delicious pizza with friends and family, you can easily store the brush on a hook, as it comes with a handy hole on the end of the handle.
2-in-1 brush and scraper
One side is fitted with sturdy stainless steel bristles, expertly engineered to remove ash, debris and excess flour from the pizza stone. The other side is a tough stainless steel scraper which makes cleaning food spills and burnt-on marks feel effortless.

The Ooni Pizza Oven Brush is made from durable bamboo, with a blackened matt finish, and tough stainless steel. It's engineered to last, and that's why it comes with a 2-year warranty (1 year, plus an additional year when you register your brush with Ooni).
Easy to store
When you’re not using your pizza oven brush, a hole at the end of the handle means you can easily hang it on a hook, such as an Ooni table hook. It can also be stored in a large kitchen cupboard.
