When we deliver your new TV, our delivery Partners can set it up for you and remove and recycle your existing one. Simply add both the Installation and Recycling Service options to your basket along with your new TV.
If your TV is coming directly from the supplier, we can still install it. Just give us a call on 0345 604 8835 once you’ve bought your TV.
Wall mount or pedestal?
We can set up both. Check the ‘Fitting method’ in the product specifications to see the options available to your chosen model. If you want it wall mounted, here’s what you need to know. If you want it to be freestanding, read on.

The information below includes a few things to check before purchasing
Aerial and power
We’ll fit your new TV’s pedestal stand and connect it to your aerial and other devices like DVD players or gaming consoles. The aerial point and electrical power supply should be roughly one metre away from the TV. If yours is further, have a compatible cable or extension lead to hand.
Devices and internet
We’ll connect your Smart TV and new devices to the internet so please have your WiFi log-in details, and download any relevant apps and create any new accounts required to use them, prior to your booking slot to ensure a smooth service on the day. If your connection isn’t great, consider an additional WiFi solution.
Accessories
TV stands
If you’ve bought a TV stand with an assembly service from us, we’ll build it at the same time we’re setting your TV up. If you’re using your own stand, have it ready.
New devices & surround sound
If you’ve bought a device like a soundbar, surround sound or gaming system, we’ll connect this for you as long as you have the right cables. Please download any relevant apps and create any new accounts required to use them prior to your booking slot to ensure a smooth service on the day.

We are unable to offer an assembly service on TV stands that are delivered directly from the supplier.
Recycling

If you have only booked a recycling service, please ensure your current television has been safely disconnected from the electricity supply before we arrive.
