Brand information
Lancashire born Rachel, started selling her wares in 2006 on a market stall in Spitalfields, London. She had just returned from a life-changing trip around the world and decided to take a leap of faith, leaving her career in the music industry behind to pursue her passion for jewellery. At the time, she had no experience; just a deep-felt belief that life is short and you should at least try to do what you love. At first, Rachel designed and made her jewellery from her kitchen table, but within three years her designs were being sold in over 100 stores worldwide and she moved to a beautiful studio in East London, where she still works now – alongside a hugely passionate and talented team. In 2009 Rachel was selected by Goldsmiths as one of eight Best of British Designers, in 2011 she was named a ‘next generation entrepreneur’ by Economia magazine, in 2014 she collaborated with Liberty of London and in 2015 the team won ‘Best Store Front’ at the 'Not on The High Street' Awards.
Every Rachel Jackson treasure is covered by a one-year warranty. The brand will replace or repair any piece of jewellery that has broken due to manufacturing defects subject to normal conditions of wear and tear, excluding accidental damage or misuse. Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving it. During the festive season, we have an extended returns period. Items purchased between 26 September and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 23 January 2025.
Please allow up to 14 days from sending the item to receive your refund.

Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
