Excellent Grading
Our excellent devices may have very light micro-scratches on the body that are not noticeable with normal use. The screen might show some extremely light signs of use, but these are not visible when the device is in use. These devices function like new.

The battery life of a pre-loved device from John Lewis is tested by experts at Loop to meet our high standards. Our Excellent grade devices come with a minimum 80% battery health, ensuring that the battery performance is reliable and sufficient for everyday use.

If you choose a different action, you can use Control Centre to mute or use Focus filters to automatically set your iPhone to silent.

Dust, drop and splash resistant

With Emergency SOS via Satellite, you can text with the emergency services, even when cellular and Wi-Fi coverage aren’t available. (This service is included free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 15 model, after which time charges will apply. Connection and response times vary based on location, site conditions and other factors.)

Run video apps for up to 23 hours without the need to grab the nearest charger. If you're listening to music or an audiobook, it's even longer at 75 hours. When you do need a bit more juice, it's Fast Charging compatible, so don’t worry about being tied to an outlet for too long.
