Rodd & Gunn offers a 2-year guarantee against faulty workmanship on this product. Reducing waste was our intent when we created the unique Viaduct Boat Shoe. The outsole uses 65% recycled/repurposed rubber for the outsole, and the uppers are made predominately with waste leathers that are usually discarded. We added seams and stitching to the upper pattern to accommodate for the smaller, pieces of (waste) leathers, to create an ultra-flexible, deconstructed, super comfortable casual boat shoe. Due to the use of waste leathers, each pair will be unique in colour, markings and grain.

How to return your item
Small items
Return a small item you bought online for free to a John Lewis or Waitrose shop, or one of our return locations. You can also arrange a collection using Evri or Royal Mail.
Large items - items delivered by two people, such as appliances and furniture
We'll collect large items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee. To arrange a collection, please contact us.
