With 6 pre set settings including pressure cooking, slow cooking, searing, sautéing, reducing and steaming the Fast Slow Pro makes getting the cooking process started incredibly simple, and will ensure perfect meals every time. If you like to be the master of your own destiny you can also choose to programme the time, temperature and pressure yourself using the two rotary dials.
High performance cooking
Once you have selected your desired cooking function this model automatically adjusts the time, temperature and pressure between fast and slow cooking for optimized performance. This means there’s no need for you to worry about changing the settings yourself once cooking has begun. Dual sensors at the top and bottom of the appliance constantly monitor ingredients for more accurate temperature and pressure control. The variable steam release function allows steam to be automatically released as your food cooks, ensuring that no matter what you're cooking it will always stay tender and taste great.
Convenient features
The Fast Slow Pro has a keep-warm function to ensure your food stays hot and ready to serve for up to 2 hours after it’s cooked. Keeping this unit clean is a breeze thanks to a wipe-clean moat and removable drip cup that minimize mess, a removable 6 litre cooking bowl that has an easy-clean ceramic coating, and a lid that is dishwasher safe.
