Sealy's 60 Night Comfort Trial

The below outlines the Terms and Conditions of the Comfort Trial. The Comfort Trial is facilitated by John Lewis and Partners.
1. Comfort exchange is processed through John Lewis Customer Service
2. One 60 night trial per household /delivery address is permitted.
3. A recycling fee of £29.95 will be charged by John Lewis.
4. The comfort trial will be on offer up to 60 nights from date of delivery.
5. The customer must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights.
6. You must communicate with John Lewis that you wish to use the comfort trial offer before the 60th night.
7. The Mattress can be exchanged with any other mattress available through John Lewis.
8. If the new product is of higher value the difference will be paid by the customer.
9. If the new product is lower value the customer will receive a refund for the difference from John Lewis.
10. The product must be in a good and sanitary condition to be exchanged as part of the trial.
11. The comfort trial offer ends once the new comfort exchange mattress is delivered to you.
12. By taking part in this trial, you agree to use a mattress protector (the same size) which should be purchased on the same transaction as the mattress. You must also follow the care instructions delivered with your product to prevent your mattress becoming soiled or damaged.
13. This is available on Sealy mattresses purchased after the 1st of September 2023.

Tucked inside the spring unit, Edge Guard works in unison to extend the sleeping area and provide added durability. Plus, a Power-pack is located in the centre of the mattress offering additional support to the lumbar region, working simultaneously with the spring unit to provide a comfortable and refreshing night’s sleep.
The Ashbourne extra firm mattress is double sided with a tufted surface on each side, offering just as much support each time you turn and rotate the mattress.

Our extended Christmas returns policy
