Individual pleasure in cooking: domino hobs
The 30- and 40-cm-wide dominos can be combined as you wish, e.g. ceramic induction cooking hobs with a gas wok hob. A lava grill and a deep fryer are also available. The dominos can be assembled for a perfect look to your hob.
The hob that adjusts to your cookware
With flexInduction, the flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware (up to 24 cm) in diameter. If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It’s also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.
touchSlider Control
Siemens’ innovative touchSlider technology allows you to control the temperature of the cooking zones either by directly tapping the operating scale or sliding your finger along it. Sensor-based heat regulation takes place in half levels up to the maximum setting of 9.
Shift the heat by shifting the pan: powerMove
powerMove Plus lets you separate your cooktop into three different heating zones. From roasting at highest temperatures in the back to keeping meals warm in the front – the individual zones are activated by simply placing the cookware on them.

powerBoost increases power by up to 50%, which can save on the time it takes to heat up pots or cook large quantities depending on the chosen dish.
