Personalising your product
If you do not require personalisation or a printed gift card please state this in your email

| 2. | Choose your sock size, men's 7-11 or women's 4-7. Decide on the photograph you would like to use and ensure it is clear, has only one face or person on it as we only accept one photo per order. We will draw around the faces and will get in touch with you if the photographs are either blurry or unusable. This may result in a delay to the order. | |
| 3. | Email your personalisation details directly to johnlewis@solesmith.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering including your name, order number and contact details. If you are purchasing this as a gift and do not wish the recipient to be contacted, please ensure that you put your own contact details in the email. | |
