A squeeze of Octotune's leg is the first step towards your little one creating a tune. Lamaze has designed this octopus toy with a full octave of notes over all 8 tentacles. Every other leg is orange with colourful patterns on the legs in between.

This vibrant character helps your child to develop - bright colours stimulate vision and the multitude of textures teaches motor skills. The set includes a song book and a soothing vanilla scent.

Very entertaining toy My daughter was given this as a gift when she was born. She is now 3 months and loves this octopus! We start every morning with a tune which she now recognises and she then spends ages smiling and giggling at him. Will definitely be buying him for future gifts. 23 August 2012

Faulty, had to return it I was unfortunate to receive an Octotunes which was faulty. One of the legs didn't make any sound. The return process is straight forward, and I should soon receive a refund. I didn't wish to have it exchanged because I found the Octotunes very heavy to handle for my child, and very large too. This could be a good toy for an older child I guess, but didn't do it for me. 09 May 2012

Baby's First Year Christmas Present I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of this item and it gave me great pleasure to send it on to my Great Nephew. High quality Imaginative Toy I bought this toy as a present for a young friend's baby and it has proved to be a huge success and still keeps young Imogen amused every day. She has now learned how to play simple tune !. This is a very well made, high quality and innovative toy. 07 July 2011

This makes a lovely gift. My son really likes this and my playing makes him laugh. However, he was a year old before his hands were strong enough to play a note himself as the tentacles are big and require firm compression to make sound. For that reason I would avoid buying it for younger babies. The colours and materials are very bright and cheerful and on the whole this is a very warm and friendly toy. 28 June 2011

product is bright and colourful i bought this for my newborn son he is mesmorised by the bright colours and feels the different textures his 2 year old cousin also loves to play with it making up his own tunes they will play for hours. definatly a top b uy 25 June 2011
