Choose - Book an in-store consultation with one of our Partners to share your dream kitchen ideas, and discuss style, function and budget
Create - Once you've chosen the kitchen you want, one of our expert kitchen planners will visit you to survey, measure, design and plan your kitchen, making best use of space and your budget. They'll send you an estimate and a plan
Install - Once you've approved plans, we'll order your kitchen and when it arrives our qualified installers will carry out the work, from removing your old kitchen to installing appliances
Enjoy - After all work has been completed, your room will be left tidy so you can start enjoying your beautiful new kitchen. For added peace of mind, all our ranges are made in the UK, and come with a 10-year guarantee
Online booking for an in-store consultation is available for our shops, excluding Knight & Lee, Trafford, Exeter, Heathrow, St Pancras International and at Home shops.

The thought of having a new kitchen fitted is very exciting, but there are so many things to think about. We'd like to try and make it a little easier for you, so have pulled together some helpful ideas on how to start planning
Your checklist
Here's a list of things to think about before you visit us
for an in-store consultation:
✓ Doors and unit sides - consider colours, matching or contrasting?
✓ Plinths - they run along the floor beneath units - matching or contrasting? Or do you want freestanding units on legs?
✓ Cornices - these are the upper curve around the wall units, do you want matching or contrasting?
✓ Drawers - how many do you need?
✓ Handles - colour and type
✓ Sinks - how many bowls, what material, positioning
✓ Taps - material, how controlled, extras like drinking or steaming water taps
✓ Unit & worktop lighting - halogen, fluorescent or LED lighting
✓ Hanging rails - for utensils, textiles and so on
✓ Splashbacks - in stainless steel or a large selection of glass colours
