In addition to the Batessa's solid performance and sleek design, the Estessa introduces a hot water lance for easy access to hot water for tea or americanos.

It also offers variable pressure profiles, allowing you to experiment with different pressure settings for more tailored espresso extraction. With the ability to adjust pressure settings, the Estessa gives you greater control over the brewing process, ensuring a more customizable and refined cup of coffee every time. Fast operational readiness and energy-saving operation

The Duo-Thermoblock technology with actively heated brewing group enables the simultaneous preparation of espresso and milk foam. The thermoblocks are made of aluminium die-cast with internal stainless steel pipes, durable and easy to descale. The powerful double pump system operates very quietly and energy-efficiently. The steam circuit is only switched on when required.

Barista settings

All the important parameters for espresso preparation can be set at the touch of a button on the display. The PID control enables adjustable brewing temperatures in +/- 1°C increments. In addition, 4 pre-brewing programmes (pre-infusion) and 7 steam programmes (dry or wet steam) can be selected. A quick reset to factory settings is possible.

Variable pressure profiles for maximum aroma

The extraction process can be controlled very individually thanks to adjustable pressure profiles for the entire extraction time or in 4 extraction phases. This gives you even more options to positively influence the taste of your favourite espresso blend and get the most out of the coffee bean. Up to three user profiles can be created and saved for different users or types of coffee for preparation using the hand lever or the 1/2-cup buttons.

No-burn steam lance

The stainless steel steam lance is equipped with an internal hose so that the milk no longer sticks to the lance when frothing and can therefore be cleaned very easily. The steam lance has a 2-hole milk foam nozzle and can be descaled. It can be swivelled through 360° and ensures the perfect milk foam.

Hot water lance

The stainless steel hot water lance can be swivelled through 360° and can be used to prepare an Americano, to preheat cups or to brew tea water.

Passively heated cup rack

The cup support is heated by the waste heat from the thermoblocks. This allows cups to be preheated before the espresso is prepared.

Removable water tank

The 2.5-litre water tank can be removed from the top and is equipped with a replaceable water filter (ion exchanger). A message appears on the display as soon as the water tank is empty.

Removable drip tray

For easy cleaning, the drip tray with stainless steel cover can be easily removed.

Extensive scope of delivery

The Estessa is supplied with two group handles (single & double outlet), a stainless steel milk jug, a high-quality tamper, two espresso filters (1&2 cups), a blind screen and a cleaning pin for screens and nozzles.
