Oliver Sweeney's classic Goodyear welted monk shoe is a formal traditional style made from pristine Weinheimer calf leather. The cows graze at high altitudes free from ticks and insects, to avoid scarring and blemishes, which produces a flawless leather.
With gunmetal buckles, there's a full leather lining and leather insole with an additional cushioned leather heel pad. The upper is Goodyear welted to a black leather sole. The Goodyear construction stitches the upper to the sole through a welt, which runs round the outside of the shoe keeping water away from the upper.
