Karu 16 oven
Designed with a hinged glass oven door, this oven boasts ViewFlame™ technology to give you better visibility of what's cooking inside, without sacrificing on insulation and cooking time. The stainless steel body is insulated to maximise heat retention and the airflow is optimised for even cooking. Built to last, the carbon steel shell is weather-resistant and has a high temperature-resistant powder-coated finish.
Multi-Fuel
The Ooni Karu 16 is compatible with charcoal or wood kindling for pizza purists creating authentic flavours and for that traditional smoky, aromatic grilled taste. Add the compatible gas adapter, sold separately, for more low-maintenance cooking that gives you additional temperature control and convenience.
Digital thermometer
The mounted digital thermometer displays the internal ambient oven temperature to give you better control when cooking. Batteries are included. After just 15 minutes of preheating, you'll be cooking at 500°C (950°F), making flame-cooked pizzas in 60 seconds.
