The integrated Precision Conical Burr grinder offers 30 grind settings with dose control, delivering the right amount of coffee on demand — grind hands-free straight into the portafilter via the grinding cradle, with the Dosing Funnel attachment keeping mess and waste to a minimum. The 54mm stainless steel portafilter delivers full-bodied flavour from an 18g dose, with low-pressure pre-infusion followed by 9 bar extraction via a 15 bar Italian pump.
The ThermoJet heating system reaches optimum extraction temperature in around 3 seconds. Auto MilQ delivers hands-free microfoam — adjustable 40°C to 75°C across 8 texture levels — or texture manually like a barista, and the steam wand self-cleans automatically after each use.
Choose from Americano, Latte, Flat White and Cappuccino presets, or fully customise and save your own.

- Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth and mild detergent — avoid alkaline cleaners. Wipe the steam wand after every use to keep it free from milk residue. Descale every 3 months using Sage descaler — the machine will let you know when it's due.
