With our fitted bedroom service, you can make the best of the space you have to create a room that's both beautiful and functional. We can also plan and install practical home offices, the ideal solution if you work from home.
Our fitted bedroom and office service is available in all our shops (except Knight & Lee, or Croydon, Tamworth or Tunbridge Wells at homes); visit your local shop to arrange an appointment for an experienced designer to visit you at home to plan and design your new bedroom or home office.

The designer will bring a full set of samples for you to choose from, and will provide you with a 3D visual and floor plan of your proposed scheme.
You'll be given a no-obligation estimate for your scheme. If you decide to go ahead and purchase, a surveyor will visit to double check all measurements and we'll then need a 20% deposit (non-refundable) before your furniture is made to order. This takes 6-8 weeks depending on the range you've chosen, and the balance for your order will be due 15 working days before installation.
Finally, a qualified installer will come to fit your furniture with the greatest care and minimal disruption. Not only will you have a beautiful new room, but it will be durable too, with solid nickel shelf supports, 4-sided drawer boxes, 4 hinges on each door to make them stronger, and soft-close on all external doors and chests.
Our after-sales care begins once we've installed your furniture. All our fitted bedroom and office furniture is made in the UK, and you'll also have the peace of mind of a full 10-year guarantee.
John Lewis is an official Installation Standards Partner of the government-sanctioned and industry-supported Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers (iKBBI).
Each of our experienced fitted kitchen and bedroom installation specialists has been measured against stringent criteria in place to protect the best interests of UK consumers, and independently accredited by the iKBBI. Accreditation is measured against the compliance to defined UK Building Regulations, specifically gas and electrical installation, but also includes the provision of adequate professional indemnity insurances to protect our customers.
Our installers work to our own high standards in addition to the iKBBI code of conduct, details of which can be found at www.ikbbi.org.uk (opens in a new window).
